Capoeira Club helps children engage in physical activities and improve their overall development of the physical capabilities, learning movement skills and the ABC’S of athleticism.
A – Agility
B – Balance
C – Co-ordination
and
S – Speed.
It helps develope a knowledge of why activity is important to everyone.
All the students participating are monitored by qualified instructors in a safe and secure environment.
The instructors will provide the students with activities they can do during the week to help them further develop their skills.
Overall a complete package for students designed to help them learn and develop in a fun safe environment.
